A leader only follows a better leader than himself.

About This Quote

This is a very interesting and true statement. The first time I heard it, I thought it was quite arrogant and self-centered. However, as I continued to think about it, I came to realize that it’s true. A leader only follows a better leader than himself. If somehow someone who has more experience at leading becomes the leader of your team, you are most likely going to follow that person instead of the person you are used to following.
